What a brilliant couple of hours.

Tracked down the grave of Ernest Townsend’s Grandfather/Grandmother as well as his Father’s grave plot… with Ernest Townsend’s Grandson, Jim Townsend.

Then visited Littleover Lodge, Province Grand Lodge of Derbyshire (Freemasons) with Jim Townsend to learn more about Ernest Townsend and his Freemason Life and Art.

Jim and myself saw some pieces of Art today that we had never seen before. So much Rolls-Royce related history within too. A museum on my doorstep.

Hoping to work together with them in the future and share more of Townsend’s story and to honour him at the lodge 🖼️
